2. Free and Paid Resources

Purchases

  • All Resource purchases are digital products unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full before access is granted.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access or download has been provided, unless required otherwise by law.

3. Merchandise (Apparel and Physical Products)

We may offer physical products such as t-shirts or other apparel ("Merchandise").

Orders and Payment

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Shipping

Returns and Refunds

  • Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer law, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

4. Coaching Services

Any powerlifting or nutrition coaching services offered by us are governed by a separate coaching agreement signed during onboarding.

Nothing on this website replaces, modifies, or overrides the terms of that agreement.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Educational resources

  • Written content, graphics, logos, and branding

is the intellectual property of Atlas Performance.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share content or Resources without prior written permission.

  • Share paid Resources with others
