“I’ve been working with Tarrin around 6 months or so now. Before starting with Tarrin I used to struggle to gain weight and keep it on. My weight used to fluctuate up and down pretty much week to week and be very unpredictable. Now it’s sitting nicely and really predictable and training now feels really good now I’m fuelled properly.

He’s changed my mindset towards food now and no longer see foods as good or bad and one bad meal isn’t going to derail all the progress we have made. I now have a much better understanding of how to fuel my body.
